During tours it's best to have snacks as compared to having meals. You can snack on nutritious foods and still be nourished . They include bread sandwiches, vegetable salads, potato crisps, fruits salad , dairy products such as milk and yogurt .
I prefer to have burger, pizza,donut and fruit salads, hot dog etc. Some common brands like mac donald's, dominos, kfc,baskin robin etc are the few preferred brands.
When touring foreign countries I like eating light foods to feel comfortable and avoid sleeping often.i eat chips and pilau or biriani which are sweet and delicious meals.
