I honestly didn't know that there were different colours. I'm assuming the brand would be different. Or one maybe generic. Also flavour I assume. Other issues I don't know. I wonder what others will say.

The filters serve the purpose of the two types. But then, cigarette filters are not beneficial to either smokers or nonsmokers because they can still cause carcinogens to the lungs.

Brown cigarette filters are generally made of unbleached materials, while white filters are bleached. Brown filters may contain more harmful compounds than white filters, but both types can reduce some but not all harmful substances in cigarette smoke. Quitting smoking altogether is the best way to protect your health.

The primary difference between brown and white cigarette filters is the material used to make them. Brown cigarette filters are usually made of cellulose acetate, while white filters are usually made of a plastic called polypropylene. Brown filters are generally thought to reduce the amount of tar and nicotine in the smoke, while white filters are thought to reduce the amount of flavor and aroma.
