If you grab free stuff out of the goodwill bins at the goodwill outlet and the goodwill outlet says their free meaning they don’t cost anything Can you take the risk of getting yourself into trouble with the police if a police officer saw you walking out of the goodwill outlet with the free stuff that you found in the goodwill bins and get yourself arrested for shoplifting even though the items you walked out of the store with were free items found in the goodwill bins at the goodwill outlet and the goodwill outlet said they were free and you don’t have to pay for them.

I guess there are some CCTV or video cameras installed in that particular place. You can use this idea to defend yourself without being anxious and scared.

Taking items from the goodwill bins at the goodwill outlet without permission could be considered shoplifting, even if the items are free. It is important to always ask for permission before taking items from the goodwill bins, and to be aware of the store's policies and local laws. If you are unsure, it is best to check with the store staff before taking anything.
