How to avoid using more times in using mobile phones
more_vert
You should control yourself and divert to do something else without the use of your mobile. Try to keep busy and make most of your time doing other things that you like or your hobbies like cooking, playing music, watching movies on television, dancing, cleaning, using your computer instead of your mobile, taking care of your family or siblings, going out with family or friends, etc. Try to do things that are not leading you to use your mobile phone. The most important thing is to turn off your mobile so that you will not be tempted or distracted if you hear any notification sound or ringtone. Keep your mobile phone away from you the more you can control yourself of using it.

Control is plausible but almost impossible. Controlling one self is also saying to devoid of one self of emotions leading to impatience.

I guess you need to take a break from using it. It is the will of doing it. In this modern world, it is impossible not to overuse this mobile phone.

Simple, don't get data. Get a portable tablet like Amazon Fire. Give yourself a time limit. Try using a plan old school notebook and pen. You can get different coloured ones. Or thin markers.

You can avoid using mobile phones by using other alternative ways like using a laptop, or television to watch shows or movies, divert your time to other things that will keep you busy like doing your hobbies, going out shopping, or going to the park. Do recreational things, exercise, go out with your friends, and do gameboard games with your family or friends. These are the samples you can do that make you happy away from phones or gadgets.

In this day and age , it is nearly 100% impossible not to use mobile phones. It has been the means of communication, socialization and other forms of entertainment. Specially in the last few years in which we can only use our mobile phones while at home waiting for covid to stop. In order to limit the use of mobile phones we must accept the fact that we can be effective without internet.

To avoid the use of mobile phones, try setting specific times during the day for phone use and turning off notifications for non-essential apps. You can also consider using other devices like a computer or a tablet to complete tasks you would typically do on your phone. Additionally, finding alternative activities like reading, going for a walk, or spending time with friends and family can help you stay distracted from your phone.

Make switch between events, concentrate on things or meetings that do not require use of mobile phones. keep your phone aside and only pick it when it rings. Avoid distractions and learn to improve your concentration on other activities.

To avoid overusing your mobile phone, it is important to be mindful of how much time you are spending on your device. You can set limits for yourself by scheduling specific times to check your phone and limiting the amount of time you spend on certain apps. It is also helpful to take breaks from your phone, such as turning it off for an hour or two each day. Finally, it can be helpful to find activities that do not involve your phone, such as reading a book or going for a walk.

Pause to think before picking up your phone.

Analyze how you use your phone and set limits.

Get rid of distracting apps.

Minimize notifications.

Keep your phone literally away.

Don't use your phone before going to bed.
