It depends on who is using it and for what, for example , some people use it to market their work while other people use it in a bad way for dirty things . A person can choose between the good and bad , the right and wrong.

The answer can be yes or no.

Some people use Facebook to post nude photos for some reasons best known to themselves. Therefore this can ruin the wellbeing of the society who uses Facebook.

Alternatively some use Facebook for business purposes that is buying and selling of goods and services through e commerce and digital marketing.

 So generally it depends on the personal usage of the social media.

It can/not impact the wellbeing of a person however.

Yes, at some point social media did some negative impact on wellbeing. Many stories are being uploaded but we are never sure how true are the stories or topics being discussed on certain issues. With technology today a lot is happening that sometimes we have to think if these are edited, fake videos, or news. It's better to be careful and make sure that our accounts are secured most of the time.
