Yes I believe in second chance for a person who deserve a second chance but also it depends on the mistake they make , sometimes people do mistakes that close all the doors for any second chance . so second chance also depend on what is the mistake and how this person is related to you.

Yes. I beleive in second chances because nobody is perfect each of has our own imperfections. We don’t know the reason behind why we commit mistakes to others. At times we are blinded to some situations that only others can see. We can only realize when time comes. Sometimes we need to understand each other why we commit things that we don't like to happen. No. I believe in providing second chances only to them that earn it. I believe in making them work to convince me they are serious, and have changed their ways. If they ain't willing to put in any effort, then they haven't changed. I read too many accounts of dimwit gals that get beaten up by hubby/boyfriend, run off, then go crawling back the minute he says he is sorry. A few days/weeks/months later and the cycle repeats itself....again and again. And why not? Just an apology, and he gets his punching bag back!
