Honestly, I prefer to have people, family or friends, around me when I feel down or sad. They show their supports and encouragements. They make me feel better. After all, a problem shared is half solved.

I prefer to be left alone by people and do my reflection for some time. It is best to be in this state because I can think more in a peaceful mode.

If I am in a bad mood I prefer to be alone to calm down. I find time to divert myself to a good mood. As much as possible I am avoiding a bad mood because it is not good for health.

if im in a bad mood i actualy like a bit of both if i have nothing nice to say then i prefer to be left alone but it is also nice to have someone make me smile it overrides all the negativity

If I am in a bad mood , I rather stay alone till I calm down and cheer up , because I don't want to spread the negativity around others

I prefer to stay alone until my mode changed from bad to good.I don't like anyone around me, for my family it is okay but stranger and other people no.

Being alone when facing your bad moments is very dangerous, loneliness can make you think about crazy stuffs. Whenever you're in a bad mood you need emotional support from family and friends, to cheer you up, share the burden with you and encourage you along. Being left alone to face those time can make you do the unthinkable.

When you stay along you think to much and that not really good for you. It affects your health too. Gets your blood pressure up, you get a headache. It's stressful. I prefer to be cheered up. It makes you forget.

Personally I am a very short tempered person. I would then prefer to be left alone for me to cool down my temper first before my anger can cause damages

I prefer to sot alone. If someone comes up to talk i will be angry. If i sit alone for some time and listen ti music i will be fine.

If I'm in a bad mood I prefer to be left alone, because I am likely to want to hurt people with my words and make them feel the way I'm feeling. So in order to keep that peace I like to have my alone time and instead self reflect and think about what was done wrong and how things can be fixed.

Being distant from everyone else while confronting your awful minutes is extremely hazardous, forlornness can make you ponder insane stuffs. Whenever you're feeling terrible you really want everyday reassurance from loved ones, to encourage you, share the weight with you and empower you along. Being let be to confront those time can cause you to do the incomprehensible.

When this guy is a bad mood i prefer to be left alone, i don't talk to anybody, i just put on my music and relax, with my anger disappear and i feel better.

I prefer to be with someone I can trust and rely on to cheer me up when am in a bad mood because I might end up doing something crazy if am alone.

Each person is different and everyone has their own comfort zone. Perhaps you are the only one in your comfort zone, and you don't need anyone's support. That's fine, too, because you are self-sufficient and don't depend on anyone. You do what you want, and no one's advice you do not need. But most people still prefer to have a person with whom you can share your innermost feelings and get advice.

If I feel bad, i just want to be alone first before I ask for a company from a friend. I tend to digest the thing happened to me and why did it happen to me first before I ask for an advice or comfort.

Your mood is a factor of your inner thoughts so it best to resolve those issues inwardly. This is called reflection, this process helps you get to the bottom of this issues and address it properly. This is a good therapy for problem solving.
