Some of them are mixed breed. It is a fact that cannot be denied, since the Philippines was colonized by different countries, such as Spain, Japan, and America. Others can be from China, Singapore, etc. It is not because of the thick dermis as claimed by others.

It is the melanin of the skin that keeps their skin fair. It came from a different ancestor in the early years. Asians leave in the tropical areas of the world and some countries are humid that's why they also sweat a lot. When you sweat you remove the toxins in your body that makes the skin nicer.

Asians are having more exposure to the sun. from the sun, they get more vitamin D. They use natural herbal products to enrich the skin. It contains more vitamin C ingredients or fruits. which enrich the skin.

Asian has a thicker dermis there are more oil glands called sebaceous glands that produce oil sebum. This natural process production makes the skin supple and smooth and has a shinier complexion. Asian naturally produce more pigment melanin, which serves as a built-in SPF to prevent sun damage, premature aging, and development.

I am Asian and I think a lot has to do with genetics. My mom and my aunts have nice skin. We also have a lot of skin care products (and I mean A LOT) available in the market.

Asian skin actually ages more slowly, which is perhaps why people have remarked on how young you seem. Asian skin's thicker dermis is the key to this (the layer of skin that contains collagen and elastin). And the less wrinkles you develop, the more collagen and elastin you have.

Maybe because of the vegetables we eat that helped us maintain good skin. They say "you are what you eat" and if you're staying healthy, not only the skin will be blooming in you

As I'm an Asian so I would like to reply you for your question. From childhood its a tradition in our families to take care of our skin. A fair skin affects your personality and boosts your confidence. A clear complexion is the result of taking care of our skin. If people of other continents do so then they can also get a good skin like us. The second reason is we drink normal and more water. The more water we intake the better our skin become. The third secret is by eating healthy foods one can improve his skin.

It is not accurate or fair to make generalizations about the skin health or appearance of people based on their race or ethnicity. While it is true that some Asian people may have good skin, there are many factors that can contribute to the health and appearance of an individual's skin, and these factors can vary widely from person to person. Some of these factors may include genetics, lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise, skincare practices, and environmental factors such as pollution and sun exposure. Rather than making assumptions about the skin health or appearance of people based on their race or ethnicity, it is important to recognize that every individual's skin is unique and that there can be significant variation within and between racial and ethnic groups.

The dermis is the deeper second skin layer which contains most of the collagen-producing cells and also contains blood vessels. Asians have thicker skin because we have a thicker dermis due to larger and more numerous collagen-producing cells (known as fibroblasts) in this second layer of our skin.

There are a number of factors that may contribute to why Asians have good skin. These include a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, a strong emphasis on skin care, exposure to less sunlight, and a genetic predisposition to have better skin. Additionally, many Asian cultures have a strong emphasis on taking care of their skin, which includes using natural remedies and avoiding harsh chemicals.
