I think it cannot be generalized the statement because not all Asians are having straight hair. Because some of them are wavy, curly, and so on.

Hair texture is determined by genetics and can vary widely from person to person. While it is true that some Asian people may have straight hair, it is not accurate or fair to make generalizations about the hair texture of people based on their race or ethnicity. There is a great deal of diversity within the Asian population, and many Asian people have a wide range of hair textures, including straight, wavy, and curly hair. Hair texture can also vary within the same family and can be influenced by a variety of factors, such as genetics, diet, and environmental conditions. It is important to recognize and respect the diversity within and between racial and ethnic groups, rather than making assumptions about the appearance or characteristics of people based on their race or ethnicity.

I also think that it is not truth. I am asian and I am having a curly hair. So the above statement is not true. But generally compared to other continent people asians have straight hair.

Asians are not all born with the same type of hair. But many Asians have straight hair and dark brown or black in color would be perpendicular to the scalp. Its the fastest growth rate at approximately 1.4 centimeters per month like this hair type.

You are correct. Asians have both straight hair and curly hair. Now all the women are trying to straight their hair.

It is due to genetics. There is a gene involved in hair follicle development that leads to straight hair. Not all Asians have straight hair, though.

It's not the whole truth. I'm an Asian and I don't have straight hair. It depends on your race. People of South Korea, Japan, China etc tend to have straight hair more but we also find curly and wavy hair in them too. I've heard that they have special genes that make their hair straight. I don't exactly know but I've heard something like that.

The shape of the hair follicle determines hair texture. Asians tend to have round hair follicles, which produce straight hair. Other factors such as genetics and hair care practices can also affect hair texture.

The structure of hair follicle is typically round , which causes the hair to grow naturally straight . This straight hair naturally retain moisture better than other because oil can easily travel down the shaft.

The primary reason why Asians have straight hair is due to genetics. Asians tend to have straight hair due to a combination of genetic factors, including the shape of the follicles and the type of keratin in their hair. Additionally, many Asian cultures have a strong emphasis on hair care, which can also help to keep hair healthy and straight.
