What is the main reason for overthinking? How to get rid of it for happiness?

There are many reasons that cause overthinking , being in a big problem which make us worry and keep thinking how to solve it.

To be sick in a disease like cancer , or if someone in the family is sick in this disease , that pain and chemo therapy not only drive the patient to worry and overthinking , but also it drives the family members to worry about that patient and feel that pain which lead them to depression and keep overthinking.

sometimes life put us in a situation that we have to think and think to solve a problem or support someone we love.

sometimes loosing our loved ones will drive us to depression and to overthink why this happened , years passed and we don't stop thinking of them and how we lose them.

there are many things that we can't stop thinking and overthinking of. and to get out of this or to help make thinking less we have to get involved in many activities that make us always busy so that we will not have time to think.

i think overthinking is when u have alot on your mind i think that our brain goes in to overload and funs out of space which makes us overthink

I got your point. The excessive things that got into our mind was the reason of overthinking. Rather than being worried, it also brought up the stresses we had.

Overthinking has many causative factors why it happens to certain people. One thing is for sure, he or she is under the spell of stressors.

Overthinking may caused due to depression, eating disorder, anxiety etc. People overthink because of the attitude or behaviour of the surrounded people. Some saying or behaviour may them to think why they say or act like this.

Do yoga, mediation, avoid such thoughts with good thoughts, listen to music etc.

People overthink because they don't seem to find the solution to their problems, so all they do is to over think and nothing esle, they should reason and not think.

The reason for overthinking is your life worries about how to survive or cope with that kind of situation to have a peaceful and happy life. Almost all old and young adult people is experiencing this to cope with every challenge that they are experiencing from time to time. One must have positive outlook in life to face these challenges and must have the strength and courage to attain their goals in life.

Our minds work systematically and controls everything we go through. The mind is the most powerful organ in our body, it controls literally everything we do, either voluntary or involuntary. Every time you are going through a difficult or an exiting situation, our mind can actually consolidate that and bring it in form of thinking. The mind is so powerful that it can make you all sick even if you are not sick.
