I don't think maybe they have two options of payment because they already pay me money, but yesterday I saw a notification that they will pay in cryptocurrency. maybe it is a second option.
I read that too but when I checked the detail on their site it says once you meet the 2 USD for new and then 5 USD for members you can get your payments through Paypal or cryptocurrencies (minimum of 10 USD).

No the answeree is not only paying in the crypto currencies but it has two payment methods one us cryoti currencies and the second one is PAYPAL its your choice which one you prefer
No, it will pay in other form of crypto currency also. It will pay through paypal and skrill. Now every site is giving in crypto form. In some countries crypto currencies are not available.
I saw the post about paying through crypto currency too. I think it will be one of the best option in this community. There are lot of restrictions on new members using PayPal and Skrill.
