I suppose it is the Great Britain. They are very fond of tea. There were even sailboat competiititon on which one will bring tea cargo from India to Great Britain faster. Cutty Sark is the most famous among those sailboats. So, she was preserved as museum and now is located in London.

I always thought that British people love tea parties with pastries served on their tables. I was thinking it could be Chinese or Japanese.

It is in England. The tea is served between 3 to 5 pm. It is known has afternoon tea. It was started by anna. The tea is served with pastries. It is served to reduce the hungry , and the time gap between the lunch and dinner.

In Japan, 'chanoyu' is a famous special tea ceremony. The manner of making the tea is at a slow pace, take a slow sip of it that will take hours of doing them.
