Yes, on children day there will be some role play occurs in school. People will various roles are played on that day. In some stories there will be queen and king.

Is it Thailand (Siam)? I remember reading a book by Yukio Mishima . It is called "Temple of Dawn". The plot is concentrated arounf Siam princes and they are young.
