Yes, the husband is responsible for doing chores when his wife is pregnant. The labor, pain and the sacrifice of a mother is priceless and that's why she needs the care of his beloved husband.

Yes I think it's okay for a husband to help his wife during her pregnancy. The problem is that not all husbands know how to do the house chores and majority are very lazy.

It was a true fact that most of the husbands are lazy and unaware of the difficulty the person feels. The parents of the men have to teach the cooking and should tell the boys to help her in kitchen.especially it was boys mothers duty. To have a humanity towards other living beings.

Why not? Life is sharing and if he love her he will help her , he is not forced to help her, but if he feel that he want to help her it is a good idea.

It should be because a father is the number one support system of the wife and of course, the rest of the family members. It cannot be denied that it is one of the father's duties.

The husband knows all household works and cooking. Due to his mothers words, she had created enmity on his mind, and didn't allow him to help her wife.

I also agree to that men should stop terming house work as a woman's job. When I get married I would like m husband to help out in the cooking and other household duties. Since I am also working it is fair enough if we share our duties. There is no big deal with a man doing household chores when he can.

Yes, it must be called household chores rather than women's job. And that tasks must be talked about by the married couple of who's in charge of a certain doings.

Husbands are suppose to help their wives when they are pregnant, that does not make them slaves but loving and caring husbands, and it makes the woman happy.

In todays word, some cultures and traditions have been surpassed by time. In many traditions, cultures and religions, a husband only work is to provide mostly financial support. A woman has been portrayed as a being whose work is to cook, clean and give birth. All this is now in the past. We have male who prefer and love doing chores even if their wives are not pregnant. They not only help when their wives are pregnant but also the other times, they sometimes even do it together. Women have gone to school and have acquired high paying jobs also. It is slavery for both of you to come from work at the same time and one to lift his legs and watch television as the other struggles to do the chores just because he is a man. Let us all be compassionate and empathetic to others and treat them with decency as we would want to be treated ourselves.

Is this a question because it shouldn't be. It goes without saying that the husband should not only do the chores instead of his pregnant significant other but he should contribute to other things too. Like do the cooking, driving his wife to the doctor if needed, taking care of the other children if they have and so on...

Yes, a husband should help his pregnant wife with cooking and household chores. Pregnancy can be a physically and emotionally demanding time for women, and it's important for partners to support each other throughout the process. Helping with cooking and household tasks can help alleviate some of the physical strain and stress that a pregnant woman may be experiencing. Additionally, supporting a pregnant wife can help strengthen the bond between partners and create a more positive and supportive family dynamic. It's important for partners to communicate openly and work together to create a supportive and nurturing environment for the expecting mother and their growing family.

It is certainly the husband's duty to help his pregnant wife in any way he can. He should cook for her, do household chores, and provide emotional support. He should also be understanding and accommodating if she is feeling ill or moody due to her pregnancy. Additionally, he should make sure she is getting enough rest and taking care of herself.

What's important is open communication and mutual understanding between partners. Each couple should discuss and agree upon their roles, responsibilities, and expectations within the marriage. It's also important to recognize that the dynamics within a marriage can evolve over time and may need to be adjusted based on changing circumstances.

Ultimately, a successful and harmonious marriage is built on mutual respect, effective communication, and a willingness to collaborate and support each other, regardless of traditional roles or expectations.
