How you find it when you buy something and you get free gift in the order package ? Does this encourage you to buy again from the same shop?

Certainly.If you are a beginer it is a good idea to attract customer with free gifts .But you must sell only goods with good standard and quality .

The goods I sell is very good quality , I am working on my small business since 2 years but small business need time to succeed . what I wonder if you give a gift, customer will be happy and  always wait for a gift and what I do is give the gifts several times according to the purchase. I mean from time to time for the loyal customer .

But also even first time customer I give to attract.

It is a marketing method. You can increase the sale by this approach. Give sone discounts on bluck orders or returning customer, which in turn increases the sale.

I do think it is a good marketing strategy because they can follow the shops especially online. I do this for those who bought my items online.

What items do you sell is it handmade items? what kind of gifts you put inside the package.

as for me for example still I have local orders and sometimes for jewelry orders I put a bracelet or Earing sometimes scrunchies depending on how many times the customer buy from me or if the customer is loyal , from time to time I add gifts to orders. Also sometimes i put one of my handmade candles.

It is a showcasing technique. You can expand the deal by this methodology. Give sone limits on bluck arranges or returning client, which thus expands the deal.

My Items are handmade and high quality , and the gifts i give is high quality too and what i find that customers are happy with the gifts, but I do it for loyal customer and who buy a lot.

Sometimes I see people put cheap and worthless gifts that customer doesn't use m and I avoid this.
