It said to be eyes because it doesn't have blood vessels. For me the nose and ears are also there. It will not also grow bigger. Hair and nail the only thing that grows.

There are a few parts of the human body that do not grow significantly from birth to death:

The nails: The nails, which are made of a protein called keratin, are formed in the nail matrix, a region at the base of the nail. The nails grow continuously, but the rate of growth slows down with age.

The hair: Like the nails, the hair is made of keratin and grows continuously. However, the rate of hair growth also slows down with age, and some people may experience hair loss as they get older.

The nose and ears: The nose and ears are made of cartilage, a flexible and resilient connective tissue. While the nose and ears may grow slightly during childhood and adolescence, they do not continue to grow significantly throughout the rest of life.

The teeth: The primary (baby) teeth, also known as deciduous teeth, are replaced by the permanent teeth, or adult teeth, during childhood and adolescence. Once the permanent teeth are in place, they do not continue to grow

The cornea of the eye is the only part of the human body that does not grow from birth to death [1]. The ossicular chain, which is composed of three small bones and is located in the middle ear, also does not grow after birth [3]. In fact, the speed of sound in the middle ear is the same as it was at birth [2], indicating that the ossicular chain does not grow in size.

Cornea of the eye is the part in the body that does not grow. At birth, it is fully grown. On my opinion, i would also say the stapes of the ear or the innermost ear ossicle.

The cornea of human eye doesn't grow from birth to death because there is no human blood supply. Blood supply is necessary for the growth.

The eyeballs are a part of the human body that does not grow from birth to death. At birth, the size of the eyeball is already close to its adult size, and it remains relatively unchanged throughout a person's life. The cornea, however, does continue to grow slightly throughout childhood and adolescence.

The human skeleton is the part of the body that does not grow from birth to death. The bones of the skeleton are formed before birth and remain the same size throughout a person's life. The bones can become denser and stronger over time with exercise and proper nutrition.

The part of the human body that doesn't grow from birth till death is the human eye; and the cornea to be specific. And this may be as a result of the absence of blood supply to that part of the eye.
