If I am not mistaken, there are at least 200 seeds in every strawberry fruit. I can't imagine how patient a person is to count them in a day.

There are several ways to harvest the seeds, including scraping, blending, and drying. There is a mean of 200 seeds in every strawberry and the seeds are located around the exterior of the flesh.

Most strawberries have about 200 seeds. The number of seeds in a strawberry can vary greatly. Strawberries contain folic acid, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. About eight strawberries make up 93 percent of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. Folic acid and potassium are important for expectant mothers and for cell growth in the body. Fiber is an important factor in strawberries and allows the digestive system to work properly. Fiber also gives the body a significant amount of energy. Strawberries have no natural fats and contain only about 45 calories per serving.
