At an early age, the 'reward system' is the most effective one when it comes to this kind of activity. I am sure he or she can do it when seeing different pencil colors or papers to write on.

Maybe for the start somehow help them to draw something. Then they will start to draw letters and accidently start to learn the alphabet.

According to B.F Skinners experiment in operant conditioning, this works so well. Try rewarding the child every time he or she makes a step in learning. Learning is a behavior and according to him, every behavior has its consequences. when the behavior is not reinforced or in simple terms rewarded, it fades away but when it is reinforces that is rewarded, it strengthens.

use prompts, providing prompts to help your child to get started. these could be simple prompts like "write about your favorite flower".  then praise them for their hardwork. so it can encourage the child to writing more

There are several tricks and tips that can help make the process of teaching a child to write easier and more enjoyable. One method is to make writing fun by using games and activities. For example, you can use letter magnets to spell out words on the refrigerator, or you can have the child draw pictures and then write the words that describe the pictures. You can also use books and songs to help teach the child the alphabet. Additionally, it is important to be patient and provide positive reinforcement when the child is making progress.
