You can use body wash or soap with moisturizer on it like Dove. This moisturizes your skin after a bath. You can put toner on your face and lotion on your skin. Do this most of the time to maintain the freshness in your skin especially if you are in a cold area or country to prevent your skin from drying due to the weather.

Aveeno lotion and Nivea Creme both work for me. Aloe Vera gels are also effective. Try switching to hypoallergenic soaps, too. You could try Dove Sensitive bar or body wash.
