green tea with honey, lemon and rock salt is a good drink, drinks with avocados,pomegranates, banana, berries, oranges are good. infact fruit or vegetable juices are good.
There are freeze dried formulations which are very convenient to use and equally good in quality compared to fresh juices but you need to read and understand the labels before you buy as food industry has more fads than facts.
