As lonng as fruit juice is naturally made not from concentrated ones I would agree. 
Only natural juices are beneficial for health. The flavoured ones are not beneficial for the body.

They say that mangosteen or any drink that has mangosteen will make you energize. Since you are using lots of energy from over work, you can get over fatigue for sure. Over fatigue could soon targets your organs like Kidney and Liver. If you really want add a supplements to your food and drink vitamins too. Also, do not forget to drink lots of water. Drinking supplements that has antioxidant will help you to be fresh even if you are working too hard. It even help you to sleep at night because for sure it will be hard to sleep when you super stress during daytime.Drink water more than your body needs to protect your kidney. I mostly prefer rice water with added sugar and salt. This helps me out very much when I feel tired or so. Hope this helps you

i am a food technologist and a nutritionist. The best drink is water if you looking at zero calories drink. For energy there are ingredients that boost your energy like drinks rich in folates, antioxidants , macro and micronutrirnts.

green tea with honey, lemon and rock salt is a good drink, drinks with avocados,pomegranates, banana, berries, oranges are good. infact fruit or vegetable juices are good. 

There are freeze dried formulations which are very convenient to use and equally good in quality compared to fresh juices but you need to read and understand the labels before you buy as food industry has more fads than facts.

You wanna stay active n stress free... Ok.

Few tips are:-

1. Just wake up early in the morning ..between 4.30 am to 5 am. 

2.take  a glass of lime juice without sugar(lukewarm water) it will be activate your energy .

3.Always drink normal water or lukewarm water .

4. Honey is best for instant energy.

5.other drinks are coconut water, butter milk, watermelon juice, orange juice etc.

6. You should add citrus fruits in your daily breakfast/lunch.  (Not in dinner)

Drink plenty of water per day. Drink Juices like Pomegranate, Lemon, Orange, Guava, Water Lemon. Don't Drink Bottled juices. Drink Fresh Juices.
