What are components of the delegation process?

That is simple. They are not specialists in something that produce final product. But they have to get some monye to it. In a case something failed they will put all responsibility to specialists who are not 100% competent of course but there are no one else to ask.

This is because of the belief that employees cannot do the job as well as the Manager can. The belief that it takes less time to do the work than it takes to delegate the responsibility
