I think the best way is using a gesture. Other variants are:

Using circumstances or you can make a try to ask another one while talking to switch attention or find the reason to stop the talk.

The medicine to that situation is to totally avoid that person, ignore when necessary, don't make eye contact and behave as if they don't exist

Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all the medications you needs ... Call your personal doctor immediately and get emergency medical treatment.

Just ignore don't listen and don't discuss , it is the best way avoid sitting with people who annoy you , there is no need for medicine or to shut mouth for anyone just leave the place when they are there .

There is no medicine that can "make a person shout her mouth." However, some medications can help manage certain medical conditions that may cause a person to be excessively talkative or loud. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized recommendations

No, there is no medicine to make a person "shut their mouth". It's important to communicate respectfully and effectively with others, and using medication to control or silence someone is not an appropriate or ethical solution to interpersonal conflicts or communication challenges. If you are struggling with a difficult conversation or interaction, consider seeking the help of a trusted friend or family member, a therapist, or a mediator to help facilitate productive communication and resolution.
