Your favourite dishes which your mother cooks for especially for you?

My best food that when ever my mom wants to make me happy she will just prepare it specifically for me just the way I love it been prepared with fried fish and salad.

My favourite that my mom cooks is beans and do do, oh my GOD, after eating, i feel like am in heaven, it is very delicious, i love it.

Black beans. She doesn't make your ordinary black beans. I love love love them. She mixes the black beans with chuncks of meat and beef stock with some veggies and you have yourself a wonderful winter plate. My grandmother started with the dish, passed on the recipe to my mother and now me.

My favorite dishes that my mother Rose has always prepared are homemade spaghetti, homemade gnocchi and homemade lasagna.

On Sundays, we would have large pasta dinners.  People always knew this and would show up.

With the pasta, we would have a large garden salad and raspberry pie for dessert.

My mother rarely cooked when she was still alive. It was my dad who was active in the kitchen. However, when she does cook, I absolutely love Food for the Gods cake. It's one of my favorites and I've tried so many bake shops and restaurants that offer those, but my mom's was still the best.

My favorite one is an omelette with tuna. It's served with rice and ketchup as well. First is a scrambled egg as a batter and then she will put tuna chunks in it. After that she'll fry it and that's just so easy to cook.

Curry rice! 

Its my favorite dish that she makes and its so much more special because its cooked by a loved one. Curry is widely eaten in Pakistan with Pakoras that are made of calls of gram flour.

Actually many of us won't really know the value of home food unless if we go to hostel

In the same way , I missed a lot the food made by mother when I went to hostel

I really like vadappa made by my mom, best for snacks and brunch

But really after leaving home I came to like all dishes made by my mother
