Before you go sleep, what goes through your mind?

Alot of things go through my mind but this particular one keeps taking one hour of my sleep time well it about whom I love and I really think about my future and also I think about my whole day how it went.

I thank god for the day and i pray to thank god and wish things will be better the next day ,it is the better thing a person can do.

Thinking how greatful am I ,enjoying the blessings and grace from God.I thank him,and ask for forgiveness for what I have done, and ask that he may still guide and stay beside me even in the days ahead.

I am alway grateful to GOD for the day, and i think about all the things i did that day and how i completed them, then i think about the next day it's adventures to come

I think of how was the day? , what all good things happened and who all hurts me. The long list of good deeds happened on that days. The things that has to be done on next day from morning to night that includes kitchen works, kid study plan,laundry etc. Sometimes read books, listen to music etc.

I usually contemplate what would be my best plan to handle the changes brought by this pandemic. I am sure that most people can relate to this claim.

I'm thinking about what can I do tomorrow and how am I gonna be productive that following day. I also think about the success I want to have and sometimes I think about the day that's going to pass

I am an overthinker. Sometimes I think until I cant sleep anymore. I think about my future, my current situations, my loses, my children, my future, my mistakes, my achievements and so much. But I came to realize its a disorder and am working on myself to improve it.

Before I go to sleep, I usually take a few moments to reflect on the day and think about what I accomplished. I also think about things that I am grateful for and things that I need to do the next day. Additionally, I take a few moments to clear my mind and relax before going to sleep.

Normally before I go bed I always think about how my day went and how I was doing throughout the day things that happened and how I reacted towards them

How did my day go, what did I do with my whole I usually contemplate every hour of my life when I am sleeping because it started as something that was forced and now it is just a habit and by the time I am done I am fast asleep?
