Honestly I didn't put shampoo in my hair every bath. Because it may harm my hair I guess, mostly I use an anti dandruff shampoo. And every 2 or 3 months I get a haircut. In my nails, I cut my fingernails weekly while once every 2 weeks i cut my toenails.
