Freezer is not opened frequently. Fridge door is opened frequently to keep things inside. When we use it night we need a light inside to keep the food items.

Is the refrigerator already old? It could be that the light bulb has reached the end of its life span. Ours was old, I think more than 15 years old, so we weren't surprised when the light stopped working. If it's relatively new, you could ask a refrigerator repair man to have a look at it.

You did not get the question. Try to open your freezers door at night. When we open fridge door, it get lights on automatically but freezer didn't have the light.

Our freezer has light as well. The best person to answer your question accurately would be a repair man. :)
