What is your favorite Christmas food?

I know there are different Christmas food/meals in every country. What is your favorite? Mine are roasted chestnuts.

The morning breakfast after the morning mass is my favourite. The appam with fish mole in white coconut milk and fresh creme. The cutlets and the pork vindaloo too.

I like the pansit bihon. It is the all-year-round meal. It consist of fine noodles with sliced carrots, beans, meat like chicken and sometimes they liver. It depends on what kind of mixture you want to put in it. It is flavored with salt, some soy sauce, sliced garlic, and onion.

Baked Turkey (U.S.)

 The American Christmas dinner ration is very similar to the Thanksgiving meal, with a roast turkey at the head of the table. The carcass is marinated for about a day and baked in the oven for three to seven hours. Sometimes the bird is stuffed with bread crumbs, potatoes, vegetables, herbs and mushrooms.
