How long did it take you each day to do your work?

I have been working at home for more than 8 years now. Basically, I always work at least 8 hours every day. It has been my routine.

It depends on the work and the tasks I have to do, sometime it take more than two hours and sometime less depending what is the task, normally I divide my tasks and things to do , I make a priority list to do the urgent things and I do the other things the next day.

When I was doing office work, I usually finished my work early. I worked quite fast and I delegated some tasks to my subordinate. We usually talk about what we need to do for the week and we plan as to who will do what. For each day, we set a deadline before the actual deadline, and that strategy hasn't fail me. In my 8 hours a day in the office, I would usually finish my tasks for the day before those 8 hours.

It takes an-hour job to be able to do my task at work each day. Sometimes it exceeds for few minutes if l need to finish a certain taskor if someone is all ready to take my place in my workplace.
