I think feeling unproductive comes from you not doing what you think you should be doing. I think it comes from us thinking that we are not doing enough.

I've experienced that. It's like you want to do something but in the back of your mind is asking you "How can you do that?" I've failed so many times then and I've been tired trying. Now, I've renewed myself and be stronger than the past.

It is actually a very frustrating feeling because any where i go i want to be part of people that are doing something there, so if am not part of a group i feel weird.

Perhaps it is 'productivity dysmorphia.' It expresses the sensation of not appreciating one's accomplishments and the need to work harder even when you are exhausted.

The feeling of unproductive is being generally sad because people want to be the best version of themselves.

Some people during their unproductive hours, they don't feel anything sad ,rather they feel happy because they are not striving to better themselves.

It's the "intersection of burnout, imposter syndrome, and anxiety.” Productivity dysmorphia describes the feeling of failing to recognize your accomplishments and wanting to continue doing more, even when you're running on fumes.
