It should be like this but because life is injustice with part of people for example like those who don't have food and live under the poverty line while other people live and have all their needs , here the value of life change from one person to another.

another example wars in some countries don't make a consideration to the value of peoples life , so things depend on a person luck, a destiny , and other circumstance which makes the value of people life different from one person to another.
