I'm not a psychologist so I cannot say with 100% certainty that it is a mental disorder. However, if someone does this habitually without any form of remorse, I think it would be best for that person to seek professional help to assess the underlying issues.

I don't think it's a mental disorder but a means in which you let people to use your weakness against you, and their excitement means you sad and depress.

I think this comes out of jealousy , sometime a person want to be like that person or want to be a friend for this person, and he can't admit so he keep provoking him/her and try to fight with him/her.

Sometimes it is because the other person is bad and feel that he is less than than the other one, so he always try to provoke him/her and cause problems to make a show infront of others.

Something like that happened to me in the university ,it was out of jealousy because i was clever and get always full marks, these girls are sisters and always try to make problems with me, Once i stopped them , one of them started to talk to me and tell about her issues.

Yes it is a mental disorder. People are told not to judge or make fun of other people but they still have guts to do it and have fun with it. This happens when you have fun of other's struggle although you know you shouldn't be.

Making fun of others can be a sign of a mental disorder such as antisocial personality disorder or narcissistic personality disorder, as it may involve a lack of empathy or a desire for attention or power. However, it is important to note that not all instances of making fun of others necessarily indicate a mental disorder.

Making fun of others is not necessarily a mental disorder, but it can be a sign of underlying issues such as insecurity or a lack of empathy. However, consistently and intentionally engaging in bullying behavior can be indicative of a personality disorder or other mental health condition. Seeking professional help can be beneficial in addressing underlying issues and learning healthier ways of interacting with others.

It is not a mental disorder to make fun of others, but it can be considered a form of bullying or harassment. This kind of behavior can be hurtful and damaging to others, and it is important to remember that everyone deserves to be treated with respect. There is no punishment from God for this kind of behavior, but it is important to remember that everyone should strive to treat each other with kindness and respect.
