I can not figure out where to have a passive income. Some people claimed that it is best to indulge oneself for trading online, but not sure about it.

It is not possible for me to provide specific financial advice. It is generally recommended that people research and consider their options carefully before investing any money. With regards to home loans and property loans in Australia, it is important to consider the current economic climate and the potential risks associated with investing in property.

I think best place to invest now is trading with gold. As gold is in minimum level. There are various platform at which you can trade. In india MCX through which we can trade. In foreign there are various other platforms as well. In foreign margin/leverage given is more about 1:100, 200,500.

In other investment ways, you deposit the fund in bank as fixed deposit. You can purchase the property as well.

I believe the best place to invest your money currently is in crypto currencies on apps such as Coinbase or Crypto.com.  You can then put your money in currencies that are producing interest rates greater than any current major bank on any investment product.  Also KuCoin is a great place in investing into the KCS coin.  You can earn up to 50% on this coin. Currently Algorand coin is earning 5.75% APY, and Cosmos coin is earning 5% APY on Coinbase.

According to my opinion and perception the best place to invest is starting a cafeteria in near any school to sell food to students because you sell on cash and students are frequent customers.

The best place to invest your money depends on a variety of factors such as your investment goals, risk tolerance, and current market conditions. It's important to do your own research and consult with a financial advisor or professional before making any investment decisions.

That being said, in general, a diversified portfolio that includes a mix of stocks, bonds, and other assets can help to mitigate risk and maximize returns over the long term. Additionally, it's important to consider the fees and expenses associated with any investment vehicle you're considering, as these can eat into your returns over time.

Ultimately, the best investment strategy for you will depend on your individual circumstances and investment goals, so it's important to do your due diligence and seek professional guidance where necessary

It really depends on the amount of money and what you really want to achieve ,if it's real estate then that's the way to go because it pays back well in the long term.
