Emotions are part of our everyday lives. Sometimes, it can feel like our feelings control how we think and act to the point where we feel like we’re not in control.
Journaling is a way of writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly, it helps you to express your emotions in a private manner and also helps in reducing anxiety, once you identify what triggers your positive emotions and negative emotions then you can start speaking to people. The most important thing is to choose right words while expressing your emotions. Sometimes it's difficult to understand what you're going through so talking to people helps you clear your mind and will make you feel comfortable
I often find it hard to express my emotions. But, I am learning to use words... gradually I am getting a hang of it. I also find writing it out therapeutic.
We can really express our fellings by doing things we know will mean what we feel sometimes we express our fellings without us knowing and it's because of the things we do.
