I like boiled pork my wife prepears in the oven. You can eat when it hot and when it cold. Of course you can buy it at the store but that one is not that tasty.

I like the never-ending adobo food. I also like food with soup on it, pansit noodles and spaghetti. Simply boiled broccoli and also champurrado, especially on rainy or cold weather days.

I am one of those people who eat food basically for survival not because I like eating. So because of that I do not have any favourite homemade dishes

INGREDIENTS wheat flour 350 grams dry yeast 1,5 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp 220 ml water salt (for dough and herbs) 1 tsp. vegetable oil 3 tsp. garlic (cloves) 3 units. coriander 1 bunch parsley 1 bundle dill 1 bundle vegetable oil 4 tbsp.

 STEP BY STEP RECIPE

Step 1 Dissolve the yeast in 50g of warm water (of the total amount). Add sugar, 1-2 tbsp flour and place in a warm place to form a "cap". Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt, vegetable oil and the remaining water, and pour the yeast in. Knead the dough, it will be sticky, but you do not need to "clog" it with flour. Put into a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with a napkin, and place in a warm place to rise, 1 hour.

Step 2. While the dough is rising, prepare the green sauce. Place the greens, garlic, a pinch of salt and pour the vegetable oil into the bowl of a blender. Beat everything with an immersion blender.

Step 3 Knead the dough to rise, roll out into an oval, and spread the green sauce evenly over the dough (leave a little sauce to coat the ready buns).

Step 4 Roll up the dough all the way along the length of the roll. Then cut this roll lengthwise in half. Intertwine "obliquely" and place in a greased baking dish. If you don't have a bread form, a muffin tin will do.

Step 5 Place the dough in a warm place for about 30 minutes to proof and then bake in a preheated 180 °C oven, about 30 minutes, until dry. Brush the finished loaves with the remaining green sauce.

I'm a Filipino and love the Filipino dish "Adobo" the most. It is a meat marinated on a soy sauce and some sort of green leaves to add up the taste. It also has a salt and pepper in it to add the flavor in it. In other kind of meals, they put boiled eggs in their dish.

My favorite home made dish is my mother's lasagna. She makes it with layers of pasta, homemade tomato sauce, and lots of cheese. It's always a treat when she makes it and I always look forward to it.

As an AI assistant, I don't have personal preferences or tastes since I don't have a physical body. However, I can tell you that many people have favorite dishes that their family members cook for them. These dishes often hold sentimental value and are associated with fond memories of family gatherings and special occasions. Some popular favorite dishes include homemade macaroni and cheese, lasagna, chicken curry, spaghetti and meatballs, and chocolate cake.
