So strange , in my country it is normal to stay with your parents no matter what is your age, if you get married you move to a separate house.

Fighting life is not with leaving your parents , and life is not about fighting it is about working and surviving to make a good life and future, your parents is not an obstacle they should be respected and you should take care of them returning their favor for them because they raise you to be like this.

Thank for the advice.

But in my own country Nigeria, 20 years is the right age to leave separately from your parents

Each country is different but if we have also to follow the bible it says honor your father and mother, it is the right way to return their favor as they raise us to be good and educated.

Also parents cannot be compensated , because we only have one mother and one father , why we should leave them while they get older ?

Leaving parents is  a thing that some countries teach in school , that when a kid reach 18 he/she must leave their parents and go to live in different place.

And if these have no advice and are surrounded with bad friends , bad friends will lead them to drugs and to be homeless.

If you are unaware of the culture in various countries please didnt comment. They had different culture from your point of view. It is very common. Are you a religious person? All people are not religious has us. Maybe you are looking through your view has a priest and your culture. All people in the world are not into any foolish religious studies. be independent is a good think. Be practical in this modern world without going behind this foolish words from religion. There is no rule to take care of parents in any foreign countries.

As long as one can afford to start living on their own I do not see a reason why they should continue staying under the wings of their parents. Moving out fosters a sense of independence and responsibility as well as lessens the burden on parents. Best wishes as you become your own person

It depends on you. If you are ready, responsible, and independent enough to be on your own there is nothing wrong if you want to live on your own. There are countries where they still stay with their parents till they separate due to work abroad or when they get married. In other countries by the age of 18 years old, they start to live on their own because that’s their culture. If l were you assess yourself first if you are ready to leave your parents and live by yourself. For sure for whatever reason, your parents will understand your point. Parents are always there for us to support us in what we want in life and guide us to become better people as we grow older.

Being 20 years does not mean you have to leave your parents house, if you think you are responsible enough and can take care of your self then no problem

That's my point of view as well. I'm still on process of making myself better before I leave them and get married to someone

There is nothing wrong in staying with your parents . It can be really difficult to live apart from them after being together so many years

It's okay as long as you're not yet married to someone. I'm already 24 but I still live with them. I am an only child that's why I make myself in charge of taking care of them.

It is not uncommon for individuals in their 20s to still live with their parents, as there are many factors that can influence this decision. Some people choose to live with their parents to save money, while others may have familial obligations or responsibilities that keep them at home.

However, whether it's the right decision for you depends on your personal circumstances, goals and aspirations. If you're comfortable living with your parents and it's helping you achieve your goals such as saving money for your own place, pursuing higher education or starting a business, then it's fine.

Alternatively, if you're feeling stifled or held back by living with your parents, it may be time to consider moving out and gaining independence. It's good to weigh the pros and cons, and have a plan in place for when you will move out.

Ultimately, the decision to live with your parents or move out is a personal one and there's no right or wrong answer. However, if you find yourself feeling stuck or unfulfilled living with your parents, it might be worth considering other options.

It is perfectly acceptable to remain with your parents until you feel ready to take the next step in your life. Everyone's timeline is different, and there is no right or wrong answer as to when you should start fighting for your future. It is important to take your time and make sure you are making decisions that are best for you.

I don't think that it is advisable to keep staying at your parents home because it will bring disregard for you so I am really saying that you should fight for your future.
