Try right clicking > Inspect Element/Source and then paste it into the text box from the code. Just under the input asking for the text there'll be an area where you paste the text into the code. I'm not sure if this will work tho.

To paste copied text from a phone into a site where pasting is not allowed you can use a third-party app such as Clipper or Clipboard Manager. these app allow you to store copied text and then paste it to sites that do not allow pasting.

If you are trying to copy and paste text from your phone to a site that does not allow pasting, you may need to use an alternative method to input the text. Here are a few options you could try:

Use a keyboard app: Some keyboard apps, such as Gboard, allow you to input text using a cursor. To use this method, you can copy the text you want to paste onto the site and then open the keyboard app. Once the keyboard is open, you can use the cursor to navigate to the desired location on the site and input the text using the keyboard.

Use a screen recording app: Some screen recording apps, such as AZ Screen Recorder, allow you to record a video of your screen and then play it back in slow motion. To use this method, you can copy the text you want to paste onto the site and then open the screen recording app. Once the app is open, you can record a video of your screen as you manually input the text using the keyboard.

Use a virtual keyboard: Some virtual keyboard apps, such as Facemoji, allow you to input text using a virtual keyboard that is displayed on top of the site you are trying to paste onto. To use this method, you can copy the text you want to paste onto the site and then open the virtual keyboard app. Once the app is open, you can use the virtual keyboard to input the text.

Use a browser extension: Some browser extensions, such as Auto Text Expander, allow you to define abbreviations for frequently used text and automatically expand them when typed. To use this method, you can define an abbreviation for the text you want to paste onto the site and then use the abbreviation to input the text on the site.

Overall, there are several options you can try if you are unable to paste text onto a site using the standard copy and paste method. These options may require additional apps or tools, but they can be effective for inputting text onto sites that do not allow pasting.

Install the "Enable Copy-Paste & Right-Click Mouse" extension. This Chrome browser extension allows you to use the right-click button on any website that has it disabled. This will allow you to open the context menu and copy text. You can use this extension on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

If you are trying to paste copied text from your phone to a site where pasting is not allowed, you can try using a text to speech converter. This will allow you to convert the text into audio, which can then be recorded and uploaded to the site. Alternatively, you can type the text manually.
