How do I paste copied text from my phone to a site where pasting is not allowed?

I wany to insert text from The phone, but you can only write, and can not insert, how to bypass The system?

Try right clicking > Inspect Element/Source and then paste it into the text box from the code. Just under the input asking for the text there'll be an area where you paste the text into the code. I'm not sure if this will work tho.
