You can over hopelessness by creating a new plan when the old fails you, or find a way to craft out a solution for your when you are been disappointed by people

First you should believe that everything will be good with god, praying for god to get better and try to be positive and try again to do the best you can.

No matter how life is sometimes hopeless l try to become still hopeful that everything will be fine. I always pray to God to give me the strength and courage to be always to face any challenges with an optimistic approach. Always hope for the best in everything that you do and that everything will be alright.

Avoid the busy city, just go on outings and enjoy yourself with family and friends, make yourself special, and have faith in God's plan to help you overcome your feelings of hopelessness.

First thing first , if you are a human being you mustn't do unnecessary things at the end of the day you expect to be good or having hope. But stick on good things that where you will be able to overcome what you have been sinking for all along.

Try to start over about your goal. If this plan and these procedures didn't work, maybe there are other ways. Even in a certain place have alternate routes, same as our hopes in life, that's why don't feel hopeless unless you've tried everything and nothing have worked

It's completely normal to feel hopeless, but you can do something about it. Try writing in a Journal, and list all the things that you want to do in the future. Take action no matter how slow as long as you work on it consistently. I would recommend Penzu.com for journal writing and it's free. But if you don't feel like doing it, go outside, drive, and go as far as you can, and have fun. That feeling will disappear eventually, and you will be set for something new, something that you want to do.

I try to overcome hopelessness by trying to figure out the possible solution to the problem. This is the best way to overcome hopelessness. I worship Allah and ask him for a solution and he always responds to me and he never turns me down.

I cry, a lot. I know how pathetically I cry. I do some stuff which isn't actually helpful, I just like the pain, it gets my mind off things. But no, that's not good. Do not ever do it 

And then i read. Because that's something I love. Reading makes me further everything.

I have not overcome the feeling of helplessness at all but i am in the process. I usually tell myself that i am worthy and i am the best thing that happened to myself. I have worked on my self esteem and this has raised my self confidence to face the world and my challenges with a different approach. i HAVE ANALYSED HOW HELPLESSNESS WORKS AND HAVE ONLY SEEN THE NEGATIVE PART OF IT AND HOW IT BRINGS NOTHING GOOD TO SOMEONES LIFE. This has made me to be stonger to work on my plans systematically without any fears.
