The bible made no record of their tribe, race, so i can't tell you they were indians, because if i do i would be lying to my self, the creation happen before the tower of babel.

Most stories in the Bible has to be understood from a spiritual point of view. Adam and Eve signifies the male and female generation. The story of Adam and Eve is an allegory otherwise, after when Cain ran to another land he found a wife there, so where did that society spring up from?
