Lifestyle is what you are doing every day. That is your routine in your life. Just ask yourself, that lifestyle is healthy or not? If, yes do it every day and if not stop it right now and change your lifestyle. Diet is not easy, more of money to get you healthy. Eat more fruits and vegetables minimize your meat, soft drinks anything food that can cause you unhealthy.

By having a balanced diet we can over come weight excess.  Take more salads,fruits,corn,natural juices, soup, cereal, oats etc.do regular work out.

yes, I agree with you. Fruits and vegetables are the best routine every day. But, how about those people cannot afford fruits and even vegetables? How to deal diet without money?

I think that you can change your lifestyle habits by analysing your current habits and self-assessing your lifestyle. You can create a schedule and abide by it. Avoid eating snacks late at night as this could lead to diabetes. The time of the day when you eat food matters a lot.

Eliminate all sugar added process food and junk foods try to apply the suggested www.niddk.nih.gov it so much helpful for me on my diet. Living everyday as healthy and pure is the best we can do to our body and nature.
