Also, if you buy real estate when interest rates are low, the value of your investment will decline as interest rates rise, because it becomes more expensive for potential buyers to borrow money to buy the property from you.

The optimal time is when the opportunity arises where someone needs to fling one of the land they had. Such lands goes for  very cheaper rate and one can take advantage of that.

Well,if you ask I don't think property buying or investing as any appropriate time.When once one has the money to invest then one should go ahead and invest. Landed property appreciate in value all the time, so even if one bought it high like in my country, such land will be resold at a higher price years to come.

Investing in property is one of the lucrative investment one can indulge in,it get better and rewarding almost daily So if you have the money just go ahead to invest.
