I go for jogging every morning and after I come back home I want to have a really healthy drink to feel refreshed and rejuvenated and which energize my body as well.

Please suggest me your super power drinks what you have in the morning.

Have a glass of honey and cinnamon drink first thing in the morning. Mix two spoons of honey and a pinch of cinnamon in a glass of water and you are good to go. It’s light, refreshing and gives you the right kick to start the day. No doubt many consider this the best drink to drink in the morning.

Lemon juice with hot water. Add some ginger,honey too. Take it in empty stomach. Some fresh juices like coconut water is also good

I think that the best drink to be taken in the morning is a tea mixed with honey and milk with little amount of sugar this was prescribed by the doctor for my friend
