Go to the setting, sounds (or settings >sounds and haptics) and drag the ringer and alerts slider back and forth a few times. If you don't hear any sound,or if your speaker button on the the ringer and alters slider is dimmed, your speaker might need service.

If u are experiencing problems with the speakers on your iPad, there are a few steps you can try to fix the issue:

Restart your iPad: Sometimes, simply restarting your iPad can resolve any issues with the speakers. To restart your iPad, press and hold the power button until the "slide to power off" slider appears. Drag the slider to power off your iPad, then press and hold the power button again until you see the Apple logo to turn it back on.

Check for debris in the speaker grills: Use a soft-bristled brush or toothbrush to gently clean the speaker grills, as debris can sometimes block the sound from coming through.

Check for updates: Make sure your iPad is running the latest version of iOS. You can check for updates by going to "Settings" > "General" > "Software Update".

Check your volume: Make sure the volume on your iPad is turned up and that the mute switch is not enabled. You can adjust the volume by using the volume buttons on the side of your iPad, or by going to "Settings" > "Music" > "Volume Limit".

Check for damage: If you have dropped your iPad or it has been damaged in some way, this could be causing the speaker issue. In this case, you may need to seek the assistance of a professional repair service.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it is possible that the speakers on your iPad are experiencing a hardware failure. In this case, you may need to seek the assistance of a professional repair service or consider replacing the speakers.

This simple step will help reset any software issues that are causing your iPad to have no sound. Press and hold the Top button and one of the volume buttons on your iPad until the power off slider appears (on iPads with a Home button, simply hold down the Top button until the slider appears).
