Eating too much maggie can cause serious health threats. I also like maggie very much but you should use each and every thing within a certain limit.

It's not good for our health when eat daily various problem I face heart disease diabetes etc  so did not eat daily it's a not good for health  doesn't take it daily

Taking rice and sweets can lead to diabetic.  Taking noodles create heart disease was new knowledge. Hope you know how heart attack occurs.

Maggie has zero nutritional value as it lacks proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fatty acids that is generally needed for a person to utilize throughout the day. I would recommend you to eat healthy and one of the most important meals of the day is breakfast so remember that !

Generally i have seen children who eat Maggie on daily basis and suffered from constipation

And it is of no nutritional value

If a person was not able to cook food due to the physically illness. There is no other person who knows cooking and not ready to cook and give. Then the only option for eating is to order.   Pizza or cook noodles. Because a baby and mom has to live life
