It depends on the story u have got, like if that something or someone is hurting or not listening even though you are good or right then u can't forget, time can only heal your suffering but not that memories.

You cannot forget someone who became part of your life in the present or past but you can move on with that person too will depend on the experiences you had with that person. For the deeper bad experiences might take quite some time to move on but to forget even just a little glimpse but still even in the smallest percentage you will remember that person.

The best way to forget someone is by avoiding their presence, deleting his/her c itontact while the best way to forget something is accepting it happened and move on.

It is difficult to forget someone who was so special. So no one will never leave it still dead.  So wasting time and money on un wanted things . I can't loss that are precious to my heart.

Keep yourself busy in some kind of stuff.If u r hurt, it may be take a little but more time,but keep trying to indulge  with people who can make you laugh, keep watching the videos of your own interest. Give time to the person who seeks happiness  with you, like our parents. Go with the things you loved the most but now u r not in touch,try to get all that kind of things. Try to help the needy one.Talk to strangers,  where there is no issue of loosing anything.

That's a big question. And to answer that, let time heals all your pain, confusion, and suffering related to that someone or something. Try to go out and divert your attention to other things. Make some new friends and try new hobbies. Set short-term goals like your goal for the day or the week. Stay optimistic, kind, healthy, and happy. #selflove

Time and stress makes me forget Everything. I know how tough it is to forget someone, and when you a missing someone or grieving, you tend to lose interest in everything but I prefer to do things which I one used to love. 

Mostly reading, it takes me to a different world, Fictional indeed but comforting.

Well it actually depends on what or who u want to forget Instead of allowing yourself to become engrossed in the memory, try bringing your attention to something in the present moment think of something or someone in the present that makes you happy and also therapy is very helpful
