Like all medicines, vaccines can cause side effects. It’s normal to experience side effects after the vaccine. It shows the vaccine is teaching your body’s immune system how to protect itself from the disease. Not everyone gets side effects.

Vaccines are rigorously tested for safety before they are approved for use, and most people who receive the vaccine do not experience any severe side effects. You should talk to your doctor about any potential risks associated with the vaccine before getting vaccinated.

I think it will affect in your first doses but not in the future. It only give you fever to see the effect of the vaccine but it will not have a side effect on the near future. The only bad thing it may do is when the booster shot could not be carried by your immune system. That's why they do further checkups before injecting the booster.
