Steroids don't build muscles, what they do is boost or facilitate the rate at which you can build muscles. If you really need natural muscles then specialise in certain kind of exercises. For Instance carrying the balancing weighs several times a day everyday. Doing the exercises plus taking the steroids can really make you get muscles fast.

But then, you need to be aware that steroids also have side effects. For instance, it can lead to imbalancement of body structure/shape. You'll find that one part of the body is bigger than the other especially the upper part of the body. Not this alone but you'll realise that steroids also have other body effects and can really affect you if you use too much of them. The most crucial thing is balancing between steroids and exercises.

In a medical concept, taking some steroids can make one part of the body big and the other part will be small. That is the cause and effect of using this. It is a fun fact that we should ponder.

No, you do not need to take steroids to have big muscles. There are many ways to achieve big and strong muscles without taking steroids, such as following a proper diet and exercise regimen.

There is no real evidence that steroids need to be taken to have big muscles. In fact, some people who have great muscles due to taking steroids may eventually develop health problems as a result.

Whether you're a skinny kid just starting to lift weights, or a seasoned veteran who has yet to see the fruits of his or her hard work, you CAN build significant amounts of muscle, and if you want to compete and are willing to do the work, it is entirely possible, and to do so without the use of anabolic steroids.

No, you don't need to take steroids to build muscle. Consistent and structured weight training, along with a well-balanced diet rich in protein, can help you achieve muscle growth naturally. Steroids come with serious health risks and should only be considered under medical supervision for specific conditions. Prioritize a healthy and sustainable approach to fitness.

No, taking steroids is not necessary for building big muscles, and it poses serious health risks. Instead, focus on natural methods:

  • Consume a protein-rich diet with lean meats, dairy, and plant-based sources.
  • Engage in consistent and challenging weightlifting workouts.
  • Allow muscles to recover and grow with sufficient sleep and rest days.
  • Maintain proper fluid intake for overall health and muscle function.
