Tampa is another affordable place but with good living with an median income of about $80,000 and spending like $23,000 for bills one can still have a good amount left for savings and rent here is as $1400 per month.

Bakersfield CA is yet a good place that standard of living is high but life here is affordable. Median income here go as high as $77,000 spending is in the bracket of $22,000-23,000 and rent here goes for $1400-$1500.

So it left for one to choose the one applicable to them.
