There are many home remedies that you can use to prevent breakouts. From apple cider vinegar, yogurt, baking soda, and cinnamon, to Olive oil and coconut oil. The mechanism of these recipes is exfoliating and moisturizing. You need to practice good hygiene always. Keep the affected area clean and prevent creams and clothes that can cause clogged pores.

Breakouts are a result of build-up of dead, skin cells, oils, bacteria, and sometimes hair follicles. The skin of people with this condition sheds more than the average hence the affected area cannot cope with this rate and as such the pores become clogged.

Remedies like the oils mentioned above can be used with one part oil and one part sugar. Mildly scrub against the affected area and wash off after 15 minutes. You can also use one part baking soda and cinnamon with one part coconut oil. The use of sugar and soda is to create an abrasive that exfoliates and gets rid of dead skin while the oils act as moisturizers.

The reason why you have breakouts in your arms and in your back is because of the hormonal changes happening in your body. Anyone can get from it if experiencing hormonal changes. Though it won't go away on its own, you can try to exfoliate it once in a while to remove the dead skin cells. It may look so embarrassing but, try wearing a long sleeve to cover it. Exfoliate it by using brown sugar and olive oil or coconut oil, these oils have special properties that are good for the skin and instead, they will your skin moisturize. After exfoliation, wash it properly and apply moisturizer so it won't make your skin feel and look so dry. Another thing you can do is visit your dermatologist so they can prescribe you with proper product for it.

Breakouts can be an embarrassment sometimes. Am sure there are no people who wish to have breakouts anywhere on their bodies, but it is inevitable for this to happen. they can happen for various reasons, it could be because of hair follicles, or hormonal changes, or even sometimes it's the oils that we use that could cause the breakouts, but anyway, everyone knows what works for them, and what doesn't. for me, I exfoliate every so often like 2 or twice a week. that is my feet, arms, and my face and the skin feels so refreshing. this aids in the removal of dead skin which brings out clear fresh looking skin. I like using honey most of the time because it works magic for me. Any exfoliators that have honey and lemon are the best. try them and scrub your arms like 2 or 3 times a week and see the amazing results.
