By the current year's late spring, if deals don't meet desires, Apple could resign 2017's leader iPhone which has an irregular design component the indent. It would be the first run through for Apple to not have a flagship iPhone as the cheaper option when the new version arrives.

As indicated by KGI, iPhone X can't crunch deals numbers in China. The outline could be the greatest factor.

No one can stop Apple from doing it, of course they will keep updating and creating more models in order to get and earn more from the market.

It is difficult to say whether or not Apple will stop the iPhone X by the summer of 2018. It really depends on the sales of the device and whether or not it meets Apple's expectations. There have been some reports that the iPhone X has not been selling as well as expected in China, so that could be a factor in whether or not Apple decides to discontinue it before the summer. Ultimately, we won't know until Apple makes an official announcement.:)

I am not sure if they will stop it as guessing the future is impossible, however putting two and two together we can think that it is quite likely that they do.

The iPhone x has a couple problems such as design (many found it to be way too small for such a huge amount of price), plus componente and the price as the main issue.

It was nothing special of a phone for so much cash that not even silly Apple fanboys truly invested on it.

I do not think so. I believe they will enhance this phone and make it better. I know they will start to discontinue the older models of iPhones and they won't offer any more software updates. I believe that Apple wants everyone to own the new iPhone X in the future and they are pushing everyone towards this phone.

Since it is August 18, 2020, we clearly know that the answer to this is no. However, I did want to add that Apple doesn't stop supporting devices until they are vintage or obsolete. Vintage means they have not been sold in more than 5 years but less than 7 years. Obsolete means they have not been sold in over 7 years. This information can be found on support.appl.com by searching vintage and obsolete. That being said, basic troubleshooting support may be give for these products but no service options. And the device can stop supporting updates sooner.

Apple has not reported any designs to stop the iPhone X, but it is possible that they could discontinue the model in the summer of 2018 if sales do not improve.

It is likely that Apple will not stop making the phone in China right away. Though there are some lower-priced models that do well in the market, the iPhone X is considered a major player in the China market. And while the phone has a "regular" design, the indent is turned up high on the phone which can be a workable variation.
