Which gases or chemical reactions needed to achieve this?

There are a few ways to thicken or weaken the atmosphere of the moon. One way would be to use a chemical reaction to create gases that would increase the thickness of the atmosphere. Another way would be to use solar radiation to break down the molecules in the atmosphere, thus making it less dense.

Can we use chemical reactions to destroy gases in moon thus weakening its atmosphere?

Does the most dense atmosphere area of the moon the cause of max high tides? Or is it the least dense atmosphere of moon that causes most damage?

The most dense atmosphere area of the moon is not the cause of max high tides. The most dense atmosphere area of the moon is the cause of the Moon's gravitational pull. The less dense atmosphere area of the moon causes most damage.:)

But if it is dense then it means more gravitational pull at that area of atmosphere from moon's land. And less dense means gravity is pulling the gases is less therefore not much gases are also not present.

This is a difficult question to answer without more information. Based on the information given, it seems likely that the less dense atmosphere would mean that there is less gravitational pull at that area of atmosphere from the moon's land. This would mean that less gases are present, and therefore the atmosphere would be less visible.

The atmosphere of the moon is very thin, with a total atmospheric pressure of only about 3 x 10^-15 bar. Currently, there is no known way to artificially thicken the moon's atmosphere to any significant extent. One way that has been proposed to thicken the moon's atmosphere is by building large structures that would enclose certain areas of the moon's surface and create a greenhouse effect. This could potentially trap heat and gas, resulting in a thicker atmosphere. However, building such structures would require a significant amount of resources and technology that does not yet exist. On the other hand, if the goal is to weaken the moon's atmosphere, then it could be done by introducing a process that would remove the gases that are currently present in the atmosphere. This could be achieved by using techniques such as ion sputtering, which involves using an electric field to strip away gas molecules from the lunar surface. Another method could be to use a "moon fountain," which would involve using the moon's own gravitational field to lift gases from the surface and release them into space. However, it is important to note that any attempt to artificially thicken or weaken the moon's atmosphere would have significant impacts on the moon's environment, and it is not yet clear whether such efforts would be feasible or ethical.

Moon atmosphere can also be thickened by placing a moon-like small disc shaped moon for the moon (in space and near to to the moon). This disc shaped device can suck in or absorb gases from space and throw within the gravitational pull of moon for gases.

But for deciding on that we need this information-

1. Is radiation emission more in thick atmospheric area of moon or

2. Is radiation emission more in thin atmospheric area of moon?

I would think thick area of atmosphere has less radiation emission. Else why mostly thin area exists as of now?

If we add water gravitational field increases of a planet. So yes we will have to capture water droplets in air on preference. The same machine can do the same work again.

The moon has a very thin atmosphere consisting mostly of helium, neon, and hydrogen. These gases do not significantly thicken or weaken the atmosphere.

What is the criteria for a gas to call it thickening atmosphere or weakening atmosphere?

Currently, there is no known technology or method to thicken or weaken the atmosphere of the Moon. The Moon's atmosphere is extremely thin and consists mostly of helium, neon, and hydrogen gases. It is believed that the Moon's weak gravity and lack of a protective magnetic field make it difficult to maintain a dense atmosphere

Is the atmosphere thin due to radiations present which break down the gas molecules present in the air? Will earth also have weak and thin atmosphere if it gets exposed to excessive radiations? I don’t think moon completely lacks protective magnetic field though it can be far less as compared to earth. Did we check whether moon really doesn’t have magnetic field? If this be true, it can help guide people threatening of nukes usage.

It is not possible to thicken or weaken the atmosphere of the moon. The moon does not have an atmosphere and is surrounded by a vacuum. If you want to create an atmosphere, you would need to introduce gases into the moon's environment. However, this is not currently possible.

And if we destroy atmosphere in complete nothing called moon will ever exist.

No tsunamis

No high tides

I think we should destroy moon rather than build it.if moon continues to exist we all will die of high tides, rise in water levels and Tsunamis.

It’s life Vs death battle

The two are not related.

I think a thick atmosphere will protect the moon and Stop our plans to destroy the moon to get rid of high tides.

Thick atmosphere might not let our plan meet success.

How will thick atmosphere or correcting moon completely - stop gravity wastage of earth caused by earth due to pulling of moon.
